It's not about them being 'aware.' They denied the medication because they had NO PROOF of the injury before the fight. Proof is needed in event the athlete is telling lies and is not truly injured. So NSAC denied because they had none.
Also, I didn't say to provide a link about USADA approving the medication. I simply said in the past that USADA denied knowing about an injury before the fight. They already went on record saying they knew nothing before the fight.
