#48 is going to be broke in give or take 5 years... he will be out of politics all he wore out his welcome he's no longer winning and the people will see he's not fit for the job. If you cant balance you're own check book with the kind of money he had how can you balance his province's economy? If you allow people to rob you blind and not know what the hell is going on you probably shouldn't be in such a high position politically... its going to be sad when it happens but he did it to himself.
