The taller guy was saying that Pernell Whitaker was not on Mayweather's level, Chavez Sr. went mad, nice of Sr. considering he never wanted to acknowledge what Whitaker did to him, it wasn't solely boxing Pernell walked him down, that's another story but this was funny.
You know what I've noticed about this whole ordeal, people are comparing the performances of prime greats to a 38 year old Mayweather, it's almost as though they don't realize that they're doing it. Some of those greats at 38 were done-zo.
As far as Mayweather/Whitaker goes, its a wash to me. They are both top 20 since WW2 at least.Comment

The fact he's still P4P #1 and undefeated at age 38 and 20 years as a pro when his first world title fight was in 1998 and 5 weight classes ago is amazing in itself and something I doubt will ever be replicated.
And like you said, the fact people are comparing prime ATG's to a version of Mayweather that's way way passed his prime tells another story. Mayweather's so good people act like he doesn't age.Comment

Apparently Mayweather admits to having a spy/mole in Pacquaios camp, and goes on to say he knew about every day Pacquaio did and didn't spar, how much he trained, how many rounds he did, when he had to send sparring partners home and everything else.
As rumors abound of leaks in Pacquiao's most recent training camp, Floyd Mayweather Jr admits that he knew import details about his preparations

Roach and Arum were giving information like they knew what was going on in FMJ's camp. That type of stuff is just par for the course.Comment
