The analyst is Ronnie Nathanielsz. You can see him talking @0:40. The same guy writing for this website. He is no Ronald McDonald.
I posted this video mainly because of the said choice of ref which has not been confirm at this point but the name mention are Weeks, Bayless and Byrd.
I disagree with Ronnie Nathanielsz about Bayless being a disadvantage for Manny. I think he is the best out of the three refs for this fight and will be an advantage for Manny because he seldom allows inside fighting which Floyd is good at but not Manny.
He was being a disadvantage for Maidana but not Manny as they fight differently.

And Floyd holds far too much, I hope Roach uses some lubricant to make Manny more slippery!

I don't see how the referee will play any part in this because Pacquiao has a very clean style of fighting and is not an inside fighter who can be extremely undermined by a referee that doesn't allow fighting out of the clinch. If Kenny Bayless breaks the action it's because Mayweather will be clinching or trying to wrestle and outgun Pacquiao on the inside. I fail to see the disadvantage for Pacquiao there.

Kenny Bayless was $hi+ in the Maidana fight because he didn't allow Maidana to fight on the inside but that is his style.
His reaction to break up clinches is the quickest among all the referees.
I don't think people gave him credit but I like how he handled the Maidana biting incident. He didn't see that Maidana bit Floyd and he said he can't see through the glove if there is any bite mark so he just gave Maidana a warning and didn't deduct any point for that.
Some ref would've been under pressure to deduct or even disqualify Maidana if they were in that position.
I can assure you if Bayless was the referee this would not have happened.
