Is Manny such a beast(genetically) that he can just half-ass conditioning workouts and still out-perform world level athletes in the hardest sport in the world?

Also was able to get himself ko'd and given a gift decision in a fight he got clearly schooled in (Marquez 3) and out hustled in the championship rounds of a fight he thought he had in the bag ... By flurrying the last 30 seconds of every round (don't matter who you thought won he allowed it to be closer than it should've been) But of course he was preoccupied with the playoff game so he was late for his ring walk... All that boils down to his hunger and conditioning or lack thereof.

You're right it is amazing when he pulls it off... But when falls flat on his face (sometimes literally) it goes to show you can't always get away with that in this sport.

Never said it was a close fight I said "he allowed it to be closer than it should have been"!!! Gotta use your comprehension skills! The first two rounds of the fight PAC vs Bradley could've went either way and PAC clearly gave away 3 of the last 4 of the championship rounds in that fight! And that's precisely why he lost that fight ... Had he stepped on the gas he would've clearly won the fight!!!... If he didn't step on the gas that tells me there wasn't anything left in the tank. Again, CONDITIONING!

As far as Marquez PAC 3 ... The fact that more media guys had it for Marquez tells me everything I need to know. PAC is the bigger name and at the time that would've hurt the super fight (May vs PAC ) and even then more people had it for Marquez... As far as boxers and trainers it wasn't close they pretty much all had Marquez winning and rightfully so!!!

Point is the guy has admitted himself to underestimating people, not going as hard as he should in training, his own coach has said he's hard to get focused and his strength guy said the same thing ... He just won't put the work in sometimes! We've seen that come back and bite him in the arse... I don't want to discuss the outcomes of those fights because they are irrelevant the point is he just doesn't always train as hard as he should.

It could have been.

Manny was unlucky that he also had his feet tangled (tripped up over Marquez). His body was bracing for the fall instead of the punch and that didn't help any.

Manny got over-confident and impatient. Said he learnt from that. Floyd got caught too. Floyd said too that he made a mistake. So you never know bud.

Far from the same, as easy as it was to score the second Maidana fight it was an absolute clinch fest, I think Floyd clinched close to 60 or more times and not one warning...to me it was not boxing clinic but the way it went easy fight to score.

He didn't let it be close!!!!!!!!!!! He won 8 or 9 rounds convincingly! I saw a clear win for pac and so did almost all of press row!!!!! How can the judges rob a GOOD MAN like that?!?!?!? Because he didn't win more than 9???? HOW?!?!?!?!?!?!!?! Fight wasn't close it was a clear win without a doubt for pac.

And the media press row keep it honest like they should!!!!! They saw a close fight that could have gone either way for Marquez 3 fight, and they saw a clear blatant robbery in the Bradley fight. Not the other way around like you biased no knowledge pac haters/Floyd lovers like to see it.
