Yeah, I saw that shit. I think they're costing themselves money. Let any of the casinos show it, and take 60% from them or something.

It's gonna be shoulder to shoulder at the MGM spots.

By doing this and not showing it in theaters, they are forcing bars and fans to buy the ppv at the higher price. These motherfuckers are going to make a killing.

And I disagree with you on the scenario of either guy knocking down the other. At this point I'd be much more shocked if Pacquiao knocked down Mayweather than vice versa. Pacquiao is constantly off balance and lunges in a lot while Floyd always has his feet well placed. I also think Floyd can handle a big shot better than Manny, especially at this stage of their careers.
I agree with your points but I don't know, I think Pacquaio's combination of speed, explosiveness, angles and southpaw stance is going to trouble Floyd early while he's working him out, and during that period I wouldn't be surprised if a straight left catches him and drops him while he's cold ala Pac-Marquez 1 (the first KD).

Floyd I just don't see knocking Pacquaio down, however I do think after he gets tagged with counters he will respect his power and his output will drop significantly.

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I consider Floyd's prime to be around the Gatti fight. Which version of Floyd slaps Manny around better? Personally, I think the Floyd that beat Marquez 120-108 would more than suffice. Just with a little more power.

One person in the chat said his boy owned a bar and he is being charged $5,000 instead of the usual $1,000_1,200. If bars are being charged like 4-5 times normal amount it's gonna cost $50 or more to get in.

              Better off at home.

I'll pay up to $150/person to watch it closed circuit, if there's free beer. If not, I have friends in Vegas. I'll watch at someones house.

Pacquaio doesn't trap his opponent on the ropes like maidana does

But that doesn't mean he can't cut a ring off

Cutting a ring off is positioning yourself to engage with your opponent and pacquaio does that

I really think both fighters haven't shown their A game since 2010 but I think this will be a throwback performance but still slightly devoid of the reduced athleticism which comes with age.

Floyd is saying all the right things and I out a lot of stock into what fighters say prior to fights.

I think pacquaio is extremely intelligent at reading his opponent. He said to roach Bradley will move the first fight and he did. Roach thought the opposite. Manny told roach Bradley would come forward and fight in the second bout . Roach disagreed. Pacquaio was right.

I think manny knows Floyd will move a lot despite a lot of Floyd fans thinking he's gonna walk manny down. Fighting someone in the centre of the ring is not walking someone down. Floyd is obviously gonna try keeping off the ropes especially at the start- like he tried vs de la hoya and cotto.

Forget about the free beer. I've been to several CC fights at Mandalay Bay, and food and drinks are available for purchase.

Yeah. I'm not paying $150 to watch it on a big TV. If they set up ********..blackjack, betting booths, something, so the drinks are free, I would do it. Hell, I might do it anyway. I don't know, lol. I need to see what the prices are going to be.

I was at Planet Hollywood for Mayweather/Canelo and they had free beer. Of course, they aren't MGM.
