No such thing as a lucky punch.

It's literally called a "Jolt Counter" a specific type of deadly counter. Probably the deadliest but also the riskiest.
Marquez had to time Manny, have the courage to leap in and be right on point with the shot. It's a punch that can only be performed by the highest level of counter punchers.

I think floyd will be better served using the high guard and backing manny up throwing lead rights, than opposed to using the shoulder roll and going backwards, looking to land the counter.. If floyd makes the same mistake that Bradley made and look to replicate what marquez did, then you run the risk of allowing manny to steal rounds..

Floyd using the high guard, walking back manny, lead rights, jabs to the body, will slow manny down, the high guard should somewhat neutralize manny's left and would give floyd the best chance to beat manny...

Good point, I'm sure that would be the strategy for manny if floyd did this..

I just feel if Floyd hangs back and looks to counter, manny is gonna dart in and out with punches and will dictate a faster pace.. Manny coming forward is very dangerous, manny going backwards or at least boxing from the outside will greatly benefit floyd.. Having manny coming forward and getting off shots at his pace and leisure will make it very tough on floyd, and I think it could turn into a type of calzaghe-hopkins type fight, with manny stealing rounds because he is dictating the pace.

Yes, I want Manny to win, yes I want him to win BAD. I'm rooting for him and I talk ALOT of **** on this forum. I troll in regards to this subject. It is what it is

Now, if someone asked me who I think is going to win, I'm going with Mayweather and a decision. That's what I believe in my heart will happen. If someone put a gun to my head or asked me to wager alot of money on the fight, that's what I would pick. Do I want that to happen? Hell no! But that's the truth, and you can believe it or not.
