        Ok Ill play the ****** game.

        Depending on the purpose of the exercise, you might go high intensity or you might not. Yes that goes for plyometric exercises too. There are no exceptions.

        Without being in camp and knowing what the workout plan is, its impossible to really have an opinion on a clip that lasts a few seconds. You are just pretending to know whats going on.

        But Im wondering what your overall point is. Are you suggesting Floyd doesnt know how to prepare for a fight? That he is taking it easy in camp? That his trainers dont know what they are doing? Is there a poin to your ramblings at all?

          Intensity Level: High

          This workout uses maximum power to strengthen your muscles. The moves are quick and explosive, so prepare to use a lot more energy than you do in a typical strength-training session.




          Another one that doesn't have a clue, softly softly is not plyometrics, need to be explosive.
