I'd tend to agree. Unless Mayweather is looking at building up his next opponent, assuming that there won't be a rematch, then a stacked undercard is just unnecessary expenditure.

It's funny, the threads (Mayweather vs Pacquiao) used to be a lot more active. People talking about how ''Pacquiao will do this and that", or "Mayweather is a duck, and Mayweather is a fraud." Now that the fight has been signed off, silence.

I think the pot is gonna be very empty for anything other than Lomachenko's and such, which is understandable.

It's also saddening. Fighters like Garcia, Broner, Thurman et al should be chomping at the bit to get a piece of the undercard action. They're not, and that's because they get too much too soon.
