Bro, I think Winston has the Ceiling of Andrew Luck and the Floor of Matt Flynn. The kid is going to be an excellent QB. He was a beast when he had a tall receiver to throw to (Kelvin Benjamin). In Tampa, he will have 3 tall receivers to throw to, Vincent Jackson, Mike Evans, and TE Austin Sefarian Jenkins. Winston will be a great QB.
