if that was the reason to fight him, Arum should have had Manny fight him at 140 for the belt. Roach and team Pac been flirting with him moving back down since he kayoed Hatton and fought Margo for that vacant trinket at 150.... The fight at 147 made no sense when their are so many viable welterweight opponents


I honestly don't think Manny can make 140 and still be in tip top shape....on fight night he weighed 140 in his super featherweight days
