        The setup at Mandalay Bay is pretty cool. You are in an arena so the atmosphere is like being at the actual fight.

                When I was in Vegas during Mayweather-Maidana II, closed circuit was only authorized on MGM properties as well. No idea how it comes into play with the bookies though. I'd imagine the sports books like William Hill have their own licensing agreements more akin to your Buffalo Wild Wings or indian casino type setup.
