Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. Are we going to score missed punches based on their closeness as well?

Disagree PAC IMO seems more faster.

Something seem off with Pac, i dunno... first Mitt work video will be more telling as far as speed... I'm just saying Floyd look very fast, like as fast as he has ever looked... It's starting to make sense why Floyd took this fight now... I'll be rooting for Manny but I hope his speed is still there

you're not going to see manny stand still and reach out with a lazy straight left very often. again, when he throws that straight left he usually will quickly step or dart in with it and there's a lot of speed and power behind it. that's why pacquiao can still catch guys with that power straight left even when they're moving back (because of his quick movement).

Keep in mind that the guys Pac did beat to a pulp had great chins. That being Cotto, Margarito, Oscar, Clottey. Floyd does have a good chin and keeps it out of vulnerable positions, but if get's caught and wobbled, his philly shell leaves him much more open to flush shots on the button. I think we will immediately see a huge difference in this fight with Pac's snap and power compared to Floyds.

                • They have never faced a fighter as fast as each other are. Will be quite interesting to see who reacts with more shock first.

Floyd's chin is most vulnerable against southpaws. His chin is up in the air open for a counter left when he leaps in with the lead right. The opening is there but he's so fast he gets away with it. I think that's the punch roach is talking about.
