So if it was a preexisting injury, which he has had for several years according to Arum, then wouldn't he have asked for the medical exemption in the past, if so then that would support the theory for the injury, but it would also mean he would have to know how to fill out the form correctly.Comment

[QUOTE=radioraheem;15807493]Only proof of the injury before the fight means he came in the fight with one arm. Without that, it means he came into the ring with two healthy arms.

Premise: fought with one healthy arm

 You said before the fight:

Hence, they knew and you knew he was injured when he fought with only one effective hand before the fight, during the fight and after the fight when Pac had to go on a surgery after the fight.

And you keep removing the rest of the quote that NSAC had no proof or confirmation of the injury, so they DENIED his request for medication.

And then to make matters worse, Pacquiao didn't mention the injury on the form!

Kaboom! As you might say. Comment

They are going to get fined either way. They boxed themselves into a hole. If they choose option A, they lied. If they choose option B, they lied too.So if it was a preexisting injury, which he has had for several years according to Arum, then wouldn't he have asked for the medical exemption in the past, if so then that would support the theory for the injury, but it would also mean he would have to know how to fill out the form correctly. That pretty much sums up the IQ here. Insulting somebody for reading books lol. I guess it's because books for grown ups don't have pictures in them, so you're not interested.

In any event, the topic is dead. The fight is over, and Pacquiao is just another name on Mayweathers list of fighters he's dominated. Perhaps you should read some books on how to be humble in defeat. Let me give you a suggestion for an age appropriate book you might like:

spoon23 is indeed peculiar. he's either an algorithm to promote traffic to this website (reeno) or a down syndrome who figured out how to use a computer.Comment

USADA approved the fight night treatment. The commissions, who have the final say, denied it. Reason is that the day before, Manny's team incorrectly checked the box even though the form did have the medications used. So they found out about the injury a few hours before the fight.

"Again, in consultation with his doctors, promoter and advisors, Manny decided to proceed with the fight anticipating that he could receive his pre-fight treatment. That specific treatment had been approved by USADA in writing at least 5 days before the fight."

"Also, USADA had provided a copy of its contract with the fighters to the commission. An hour before the fight, Manny's advisors asked the commission to reconsider and the director of USADA advised the commission that USADA had approved the fight-night treatment, but the commission denied the request.
