A quick boxrec check on him shows he's French (never fought outside France), lost by KO1 to a guy who was 8-9-2, and is 1-1 in his last two fights (win coming against 14-35-2 Ignac Kassai).

Edit: Even better is that Settoul was fighting at bantamweight only 1 fight ago. So they cant even claim they picked a bum to get him acclimatized to 126.

Any time I see records like that on a guys résumé I always check to see where they're at now. It's pretty sad sometimes. I've seen guys that are 0-23, 2-40, etc. I admire their courage but can't imagine how they deal with all thoses losses.
