All that you said plus Murray isn't any dummy, yet I just don't see how any or all of that can prevent GGG's power and skill from applying pressure that Murray has never before experienced, and as Murray hasn't the power necessary to hurt let alone stop GGG, I cannot see how Murray can do anything but lose this fight.I think people are really underestimating Murray here. This is a boxer who has never been down in his career. He is the toughest opponent Golovkin has ever faced. He really beat Sturm and Martinez. This fight could go into the championship rounds and anything can happen from thereComment

Disagree, I thought the draw was generous, like makeup for Macklin who should have won vs Sturm. IMO Murray did better vs SergioComment

I happen to agree with the folks that think Murray will be Gennady's toughest fight, I heard GGG say "I want a decision fight". He wants to go 12 rds just for the experience(I know he has gone the distance earlier in his career) but at this level it is different. And I believe if he did go the distance in this fight, many other fighters would elect to get in the ring with him. Maybe he brings the power down a notch just to make this fight go longer for the future you might say.(It would be smart of him)I think people are really underestimating Murray here. As i've said a few times before, Murray could quite easily be undefeated with wins over Martinez and Sturm. I personally felt he won those fights.
If his hand had rightly been raised at the end of the Martinez fight, Murray would be going in this fight with better reputation and more hype.
Don't look at the figures, just look at the facts and the reality. Murray has never really lost, and the 2 losses on his record are robberies if you ask me. If GGG knocks this guy out, don't call him a bum. Nobody else has done that or even really beaten him. And if you felt they did, you have to be able to see those fights going either way.Comment

i think it's a good sign that murray acknowledges the full magnitude of his task. much better than the false bravado that was coming from geale, rubio and co. it means he will be fully prepared. i only worry that he may be overly negative and thus survive but hardly win a round.Comment
