During a gala held in Mexico City, promoter Fernando Beltran of Zanfer Promotions and Rodrigo Fernández, Director of Azteca 13 and 7, made the sensational announcement that former world champions Juan Manuel "Dinamita" Marquez and Erik "El Terrible" Morales were the new members of the Box Azteca announce Team. The two Mexican greats, who ironically never faced each other in the ring, will join together on TV Azteca - along with the rest of the "dream team" comprised of Eduardo Lamazón, Julio Cesar Chavez, Marco Antonio Barrera, Carlos Aguilar and Rodolfo Vargas. Francisco Valcarcel, president World Boxing Organization (WBO), was also present.
