Canelo WILL fight Golovkin. As early as later this year, or as late as late next year. Fights happening in 2015-16. You can bet your sweet ass on it.

Cotto will be retired by then, he ain't fighting Golovkin. But if he DID fight Golovkin, he'd whoop his ass. Not sure why he doesn't have faith in himself. Although, he is not quite cut out for brutal fights. He wears down.

Cotto fought MArtinez for that title just to make history just like Roy Jones Jr. fought John Ruiz @ HW just for the title! I don't see anybody hating on RJJ for beating Ruiz and going back to LHW where he belong. Cotto has no interest in establishing himself as the man at 160!

No one would blame Cotto for doing what he did for history BUT, he needs to drop the title so it can be put up for grabs, not sit and hold on to it making the world think he wants to defend it.
