How the *** isn't Cotto on the list? Canelo over GGG and Cotto over Canelo. GGG has been fighting in the worst division in boxing and having guys lay down for him yet he's on the list without having defeated an elite.

So what does that say about the so called champion of the weakest division not wanting to fight a guy where dudes just lay down?
