Good thing I have friends and relatives in Vegas, only 4 hours drive from where I live. Why not? $1k is pretty stiff though, but I'd rather see this one live than watching it in my living room. After all I have been waiting for this fight for a long time to happen. Let's go make the announcement already so I can purchase my tickets.Comment

Manny is notorious for spending money for his entourage, it wouldn't surprise me if most of his companions are those same politicians back from his country. Even if they won't be able to be there in person, no need to bring his hangers on, we have our own citizen here that booed Mayweather whenever they show his face on the jumbo tron lol.LOL seriously..and I wonder how many tickets will even really be available for the general public. After all the celeb, politician, and high roller tickets are reserved..they'll probably have enough tickets left for 2 or 3 boxing fans lol.
I am hoping that enough Pac fans get in so they can do the Manny chants to make the atmosphere that much better
For Maidana 2 the closed circuit was damn near $100, so I bet this one could be $150.Comment

If they fight at the MGM it would be the dumbest business move ever. There are literally stadiums that can fit 100,000 to host this fight at. Instead we'll settle for a venue where only the whales of the world and a handful of year round fans can attend. Real smart. I'd much rather see this at a nascar stadium full to the rafters, an audience fitting of a fight of this magnitude if it actually does manage to happen which I think hell has a greater chance of freezing over before it does.Comment

Mayweather's demand to have the fight on May 2nd and at the MGM are both pretty ****** but if it helps the fight get done I can live with itIf they fight at the MGM it would be the dumbest business move ever. F-it.....I'll take a greyhound out there for like $75 or $80 bucks. Once there, I'll hit up a Salvation Army and get a blanket, pillow and casino employee coat. After a night of hard partying, I'll try to crash in a Casino bar and when they kick me out, I'll just sleep in the alley behind the MGM. On fight night, I'll sport my Casino coat and act like I'm serving drinks..........FREE FIGHT FOR ME!!!Comment

Vegas is a great place for the festivities surrounding the fight with all the fans and parties centralized on the strip. Dallas is a dull town and you'd have people scattered around the metroplex.
Just would be cool to see 100,000 boxing fans together for this historic event like the Groves v Froch fightComment
