Normally in situations like this, one of the guys loses to someone he was expected to beat. Maybe not straight away, but within a year or two. Kirkland-Angulo, Mares-Donaire, Martinez-GGG, JuanMa-Gamboa etc. I'm not saying all of those instances involved ducking, just that these fights have their ideal moment and it usually doesn't last as long expected.

The WBC have put the wheels into motion for the Kovalev-Pascal winner to get a shot at Stevenson. But the wheels of the WBC tend to move pretty slowly so who knows how long that will take.

Most likely no. Aducknis didn't sign back when he was getting the bigger cut. Now that Kovalev has 3 belts, his cut will be larger so there's really no hope for Aducknis to sign. Not that there was much hope to begin with.

Yeah. If Fonfara wasn't so scared of winning, Aducknis would've lost already. His time is running short.

Unless they get beat they will eventually. They both have had the benefit of easy opponents and the top of the cruiserweight division is tougher. Eventually there will be no one else.

I doubt it. You can't make a guy fight a particular fighter when he doesn't want to. Cotto and Quillin won't ever fight GGG either in my opinion. I hope I am wrong about these fights and they do happen soon.
