Well, we got lucky N'dam vs Mora didn't happen. That would have been terrible.

Another reason why I'm worried that they'll milk the title in Canada if he wins it.... further destroying any chance of a unified division

I hope the winner fights GGG, but i feel like that's unlikely
Yeah I have a feeling that's exactly how it'll go and I can't blame them from a business sense. Lemieux would be like Bute in Canada and fighing GGG would require ppv money. Guess we should be rooting for N'Dam, but I won't be...

They can most likely get PPV money in Canada (no way stateside) and K2 would be more than willing to work with them to make it happen.

If they go mouthing off wanting some 60-40 or more B.S, then it's kind of obvious what they want.

Makunouchi Ippo puts N'Dam to ****ing sleep. Simple as that. N'Dam doesn't want any of him.

Sorry but it isn't True at all. The Bell center is far from being filled when adonis superman is here, even with the wbc belt. 8000 ppl. Aint that bad but far from the 20 000+ at Pascal-Bute.
I think Lemieux would bring 8000-10000 ppl here

Well I have no idea, TBH.

I also don't know how popular he is over there.

I was just giving a scenario if what East Coast said was true.

I don't even know if it'll be there yet... word was Canelo undercard, but that was before he got the title shot. Also if May 9th goes down, could be a split venue card.

You think he'd be big enough for a Canadian PPV after a built up card?

What was Bute doing during his title defenses? 14,000-16,000? I know before Lemieux lost to Rubio he was headlining with about 4,000, which ain't bad for a prospect. I would think he'd garner more support than Stevenson given his longer history with the fans.

I actually really like this one. I rate N'Dam more than most and he has the movement and range to give Lemieux problems IMO, That said I also like Lemieux and if he can force N'Dam to engage has a good chance of hurting or stopping him.

Lovely stylistic matchup for me which should also tell us a lot more about Lemieuxs long term prospects and boxing ability.
