No Lance didn't hire USADA, moron! They were hired by the cycling body, duh.

Of course in boxing it's the promoter and fighter hiring their own OST style testers, which is of course bogus. No wonder, Floyd came up with the idea. But at least unlike USADA, VADA will not sign a limited disclosure clause and have a track record of notifying the commission of failed tests, unlike the much more expensive USADA.

Mayweather only brought up the blood testing after everything had been agreed and Pacquiao was waiting on him to sign the contract.
