Why would Pacquiao do that? I'm guessing it's because of Floyd working with Ariza which may or may not say something about Pacquiao? All we can do is speculate but this should have been Pacquiao's attitude years ago. We would have probably had 3 fights by now. Floyd agreed to the 10MIL weight penalty and I bet he agrees to this.

There are people still out there who believe that Floyd didn't fight Manny because of da test... all these years and several negotiations later when that wasn't an issue?
