Why would Pacquiao do that? I'm guessing it's because of Floyd working with Ariza which may or may not say something about Pacquiao? All we can do is speculate but this should have been Pacquiao's attitude years ago. We would have probably had 3 fights by now. Floyd agreed to the 10MIL weight penalty and I bet he agrees to this.

I keep hearing this on Boxingscene but have not EVER seen one confirmation of this happening. Link, article or otherwise.
