before everyone loses their ****
If Quillin beats Lee, which isn't all that outlandish, he regains the WBO middleweight championship.
From there, you simply look at the champions (WBC/IBF/WBA have been pushing unification bouts):
-WBC: Miguel Cotto
-IBF: N'Dam-Mora winner
-WBA: Gennady Golovkin
Cotto is going to have his voluntary defense in June, before closing out the year with a fight (likely for December).
Quillin fights in April, mandatory defense in July, Quillin goes after the IBF title in September, and then Cotto is left with a decision to make.
Cotto(c) vs Quillin(c) [for the WBC/IBF/WBO/Ring middleweight championships in New York; Barclays or MSG] on NBC or Showtime, or Cotto(c) vs Golovkin(c) [for the WBC/WBA/Ring middleweight championships at Madison Square Garden] on HBO.
not too difficult, imho
