Just my opinion, but I think the longer this drags out the less leverage Floyd's side has. Its clear he really wants that May 2nd date for obvious reasons while Arum and Pac don't really care if it happens after.
If I was Arum I would be pushing for better terms or let them know they won't sign a contract in enough time for a May 2 date. Not saying its right or wrong but Arum isn't ****** and he knows how to use leverage when he has it.

As much as I dislike floyd and his bs antics, I think this time he will agree and make the fight.

Ive always seen him slither out of these negotiations vs pac but this time I think hes just waiting. He wants to be the one to announce it. He doesnt want to give Pac or his team any kind of leverage, not even teh right to say "the fight is on"

I completely agree. I wanted to say this for the longest time. It seems like everytime he is set to announce the fight, some shhhithead (Arum) precedes him, then Floyd delays it a bit more. Cool observation on your part.

How do you know that? Are you guessing or do you have facts? Cuz it seems like you're guessing.

If you hope you are wrong, you at least accept that there is a chance that you are wrong. Some of these fans act like they are so sure of what's going on. My post was aimed at the people stating that he will never allow this fight to happen. If you truly 100% believe that he is a coward and will 100% stop this fight from happening, you can accept the challenge and still be happy when it happens while you enjoy your time away from the forum.

It's simple. Not to be crude, but put your account up, or shut your mouth up. Not aimed at you, just saying for all the tough guys talking about who is a coward out there, and basing it on an interview when all he said was that negotiations are still ongoing. Do you think they would say the same about Arum if he said the negotiations are still ongoing?

I would hope that anyone would realize even if they think it will or won't hsppen, truly only floyd knows 100% either way whether this fight is happening

From what I know the promotion suffers every day they wait bc sponsors won't have enough time . For 7 stance fir may v de la hoya was put on beer cans. Need time to make 3m and get in stores wks in advance if fight
