How about we do a little challenge? We'd have to get permission by the mods to set it up, but in my opinion this would be worth it to make this forum less contentious.

So how about this -- We should set up a public poll. If you think Floyd Mayweather is a coward that will never fight Pacquaio, you should click on that box with the agreement that if this fight is made, you will never return to this forum.

On the other hand, if you believe Mayweather is willing to fight Pac, you should check the appropriate box with the understanding that if the fight is not made and it is proven to be more so Mayweather's fault, you will not return to this forum.

I think it sounds fair, and I'd be immediately willing to click that I believe Floyd makes the fight, because I think it's on the way. What do you think? Who's willing to put their neck on the block in defense of their comments?

I wonder what the Mayweather haters are going to do with themselves when Floyd retires. My prediction is that they will lose interest in the sport and disappear, because they are not real boxing fans. Their interest in the sport is base on praying and praying on the downfall of one fighter. (Which will never happen)

They won't have anyone to hate, They may redirect their hate towards another fighter, but nobody will give them as much to hate on as Floyd does. Haters like to hate on success and supreme technical and defensive fighting, Nobody does that better than Floyd.

I guess they could start hating on Roman Gonzalez who I predict will soon be P4P king. He has similar technical and defensive ability to Floyd but will be allot harder for the haters to hate on because he is a very humble guy who doesn't engage in self promotion or arrogance.

Have been a boxing fan for app 30 yrs. Sugar Ray Leonard, Mike Tyson, Pernell Whitaker, liked all the former lb 4 lb talents during that time.

Floyd just is a coward- called that by his own son iirc.
he doesn't care about the fans, legacy, or anything. His fights are boring and Then brags about his $$$ non-stop. Other than being a good defenaive fighter, what redeeming quality does he have- as a person or a fighter.

As a boxer, I compare him talent wise to Whitaker, but Whitaker took his pacquiao fight- vs JCC. and schooled him (decision notwithstanding).

You mean when FLoyd gets beat right? Last time I checked Pac got KTFO'd yet his boxing career still going strong and that KO even made it on his documentary. I think Pac will be fine.
