I think four.. Washington, Oregon (if not soon), Alaska, and Colorado. Most "weed pipes" actually are glass, and they are indeed legal..
There are other glass pipes clearly intended for ahem, "other stuff" *cough*
Not sure if they are legal or not but they can always claim it's for tobacco..
Funny thing, weed is slowly becoming legalized in the US..
How many states is it legal in already for recreational use?Comment

Considering that Katsidis was charged with burglary last year, I don't think hes just smoking weed.
I bet he's on some amphetamines.Comment

Oh yea, for sure, who knows wtf he was on? If it was weed he probably would have been too lazy to burglarize anything
and passed out on the couch watching cartoons with munchies in hand..

Lotta cities and counties here in the States also ban either all alcohol, or they only allow beer and wine. So IOW there's a long way to go before the idiots whining about pot being supposedly a gateway drug are finally overruled. I haven't 'consumed' in many years, but just so a person isn't driving or working in a potentially dangerous situation... I see no issues with it at all. As it is now, here we pay millions a year to the bogus for-profit prison system scam, to house non-violent 'criminals' only locked up for a little weed. Total b.s. There, now I'm off my soap box.colorado for sure. i bought weed at a store in steamboat springs, and it freaking ruled
pretty sure washington state does the same. massachusetts is doing their darndest as well. a lot of people smoke weed in the states, and it's relatively harmless. it's crazy to think that states are passing up so much potential tax revenue, and incurring the costs of trying and jailing people for posession of a harmless plant.
HA
As for Katsidis, I certainly hope the guy gets the issues cleared up. He's had an extremely rough life, especially in recent years.Comment
