Rios himself stated after the fight that if he went all out he would've been knocked out. Than cried after all the **** he talked and talked about how he trained the hardest he ever has in his life.

Then he failed the drug test.

Then he predicted Bradley and Algieri to beat pacquiao.

    What a complete bellend

Hey Brandon, are you not thankful that the Pacman showed pity on you when you fought him? To the great Manny Pacquiao, boxing is just a sport and the defeated player should not leave the ring disabled. Boxing fans all over the world have noticed the goodness in Manny Pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao is a true sportsman gentleman in the ring. Manny Pacquiao showed concern and respect to his opponents during his fight with David Diaz, Oscar Dela Hoya, Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito.

Look how Rios fought EVERYBODY, then look how he fought PAC. Look at his punch output vs EVERYBODY than vs Pac. Win, Lose, or Draw everybody Pac fights face is swollen and busted up in the end. Their faces don't get that way because he's throwing feathers. Even the Cotto KO came by stoppage, Cotto tried to win and after round 4 went into survival mode. If a solid pro decides he is not going to throw and take zero risk and fight defense first its hard to KO them. People make a big deal about Pac's KOs there is a fighter who's name I will not mention who has not had a legitimate KO over a fighter since 2007. Unless Victor Ortiz who Collazo KOed in 2 rounds and was looking at the ref when he got caught with a 2 piece is considered a legit KO.

Even Marquez said that in Pac Marquez 4, Pac was moments from knocking him out, and that's when pacquiao lunged in and got caught by a ped abusing fist. Pacquiao had never had Ko power at welterweight. Usually the ref stops it due to how badly he beats them like with cotto, or they have quit on their stool like de la Hoya. In fact pacquiao has not had one single Ko at welterweight. He knocked out Ricky Hatton at 140. Algieri should have been counted out during then 9th. It was a slow count. Manny also battered Rios to a pulp and the ref should have stopped it, but Rios has an ironclad chin. Hes never been KO'd. Neither has Tim Bradley for that matter who went life and death with provodnikov and gave pacquiao a competitive second fight where you could tell he really bulked up and he said his game plan was to Ko Manny pacquiao because he knew he couldn't win a decision against him. Manny was being cautious after he felt bradleys power. I think hes just been a smarter fighter, who wont put himself at risk of a Ko to get the Ko himself. He'd rather beat them to a pulp and if the knockout comes like that punch he landed on algieri in the 9th, them he will go for it. Mayweather needs to man up and fight pacquiao. #fight pacquiao #war arum
