The Jackal beats anyone's ass at 122. Yeah, I said it.

Rigo's the best at 122 until proven otherwise.

I know, I'm just fcking around with Rigotards

However I honestly believe that out of everyone at the weight class Frampton has the greatest shot at actually beating Rigo. Will he? I'm not so sure because Rigo is a truly special fighter but Frampton isn't just a beltholder, he's a legitimate threat to anyone at 122.

Now I know Frampton isn't ready for such an uphill battle but I think and hope he will be early next year. Rigo really needs these big shot opportunities in order to strengthen his resume before exiting the sport.

Dude,if you would have spun it that way,I would have totally agreed with you. I'm just used to argueing with Floyd fans all the time,so no hard feelings. And not everyone who is a rigo fan,is a rigotard, trust me.

Yea hopefully Frampton unifies with either Rigondeaux or duck duck Cruz in 2015. Quigg's probably the weakest champ at 122.

Yeah, no hard feelings. I really enjoy Rigo and what he brings to the table but just like any other fighter with a cult like following, their hardcore fans tend to fly off the handle far too easily.

Anyway, I really hope Frampton and Rigo fight in the near future... It would be a great fight that would give us an undisputed champion and reveal to us the real jackal/chacal of the sport.

Still fancy the Mares vs Cruz bet if ever our boys grow a pair?

I may be the only one who sees this fight going the distance. I think it's gonna play out like the Kiko rematch with Avalos being outboxed. But yes, if Frampton catches Avalos with a big shot I think he stops him.

I'm a Frampton fanatic but I'm also a massive Rigondeaux fan and I know where they stand in the sport. Although I would be rooting for Frampton to beat Rigo if ever they throw down, I know it wont be an easy fight by any measure. I honestly think Frampton wields enough power and boxing technique to give Rigo a run for his money in a few fights.

The only downside is the fact that Rigo isn't a spring chicken and regardless of how talented he may be, time always wins by KO. I really hope Rigo gets atleast 4 or 5 good names aside from Donaire on his resume before he leaves.
