Chris Avalos has poor defense: he relies in staying under and coming over shots, he frequently smothers his work once hes in the pocket; predictable and very easy to time and set traps on him using the ring furthermore as he is flatfooted and unsteady coming forward I expect several knockdowns and slips (credit to Framptons footwork) -- Frampton by uppercut KO or short hook once he feels confident in timing Avalos coming in low.

As I see, Avalos is a lot higher and more importantly his reach is much longer than Frampton's + he got pops. Is Frampton good enough to overcome these size disadvantages?

He does not use his reach or height he is more of an infighter.Avalos will have to focus his attack downstairs and come over the top since he has a poor jab and lacks accuracy with the cross.

I think this will play out similar to Frampton/Kiko 2. Avalos will have his moments, but he's definitely not winning.

Check to see if you have AWE (Wealth) channel. The fight doesn't start for a few hours.
