Jr. did become a bum. Couldn't live up to his father's hype after his big rise beating up tomato cans.

Obviously he's going to blame Top Rank despite being a disgrace to the sport of boxing due to his lack of discipline and laziness. Obviously just going off his father's name to carry him thru.

Top Rank did what they could with him until they too realize he lacks the discipline to be great.

With that said, I still would of loved to see Canelo-Chavez Jr. as it would of been a sort of Barrera-Morales 1 type of fight. It could of been explosive.

Dude's own dad openly said his son doesn't have the dedication needed to be a successful boxer. He gets popped for weed and struggles to make the LHW limit while campaigning at 160 yet it's his promoter's fault.
