So no Mares or Rigondeaux for Quacka Cruz. What sparring partner is he fighting next?

Al Haymon has not determined that yet. Whichever one it is, it will likely be on the April 11 undercard.

Mares is fighting another stiff? Jhonny really did take his soul.

Judging by his last 3 opponents I think u might be right . Or at least someone in his circle believes u . I seriously doubt either Mares or Leo go anywhere near Rigo . Looks like they're gonna set them up to fight each other first ...then the loser will be fed to Rigo to assess what the others chances are at beating him.

Disappointed in this fight but Mares should be lining up to beat Leo's ass here shortly. Either that or the Gonzalez vs Russel Jr winner.

                  Mares by obliteration.

Between the opponent caliber, long layoffs, and trainer change there is a definite worrisome aura around Mares and his camp. If Mares doesn't change he's going to find himself as a stepping stone for other hungrier guys.
