Who the fck wants to see Hopkins fight again?!

Lol Hopkins insisting Froch is scared of him after Kovalev dominated him in his last fight.

He's begging fck what you heard.
LOL, right. Name me a fighter that even lasted to the end of a Kovalev fight in the last 2 or 3 years besides BHOP. We all know why Hopkins wants this fight, he sees weaknesses that he can exploit. Froch knows it too.....he didn't think the "old man" would call his bluff but it happened.

They will need to try and rip Hopkins off if this fight does happen because if not, Froch is getting schooled and losing in front of his hometown fans.

Froch is coming to the end of the road and I think he knows it. He would never have said that 2 years ago and if Ward had fought him in the UK back then, where he wouldn't have been allowed to hold and head butt, Froch would have beaten him for sure.
Andre knew that too, otherwise he would never have turned down what would have been the biggest purse of his career.

Yeah, and BHop saw weaknesses he could exploit in Kovalev too, remember?

There is NO QUESTION Dirrell beats Froch on U.S. turf or neutral ground.
          Get off your knees.....

I'm watching the fight as I type this....AD didn't box the shyt out of anybody....he was too damn scared to setup anything - just running in head down punching and holding....no slipping/countering...even the ref said STOP HOLDING AND FIGHT (and eventually took a point for it). Froch wasn't dirty, Froch PUNKED him. I barely gave AD 3 rounds - you get no points for landing one good punch a round then running and holding. Plus, he should have been SUED for not fighting Ward. He's a poor man's Lara.

Definitely. And in the context of any ongoing Chavez negotiations it makes sense to open up dialog on this if for nothing other than making it look like they've got other options.

If those negotiations aren't going well I think Eddie could sway Carl on this one. Froch knows he's slipped otherwise he would have stepped through the ropes with DeGale. What's called for now are carefully considered oponents. If he thinks he's got one fight left in him then it's not too much of stretch to fight a 50 year old Hopkins and then try again for Chavez.

If it's over here, I can see the British media and casual fight fans lapping up the Bernard show. The fight is sellable. There's a lot of points that can by twisted to a promotional advantage. Hearn and Hopkins can sell this and Froch finishes the career of a legend.

The man should ideally retire but fighters don't tend to bow out on the back of one loss. They need to know for sure.

Being honest, he's not winning a 7-5, not with 40,000 cheering for Froch. He'll need to dominate, 8-4 minimum.

                  Right, OK...

The only thing I see if Hopkins looking for one final payday. He prayed Kovalev was a hypejob, tasted his power and proceeded to run for the rest of the fight. He'd just stink the joint out if he fought Froch - even though Froch would beat him, it would be an unbefitting end to the Cobra's career.

If the fight happens, I don't think it will be the end for Froch.
