    The World Boxing Council has formalized the opening of professional boxing in the country of Pakistan. WBC President, Mauricio Sulaiman, met with the Minister of Sports Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan and D.G. Of Sport Punjab Mr. Usman Anwar and formalized the affiliation of Pakistan throughout the Continental federation ABCO (Asian Boxing Council) in Lahore, Pakistan.

    WBC Vice President Alberto Guerra from Panama and WBC International representative Juan Carlos Pelayo, along with Chano Planas and Antobella Obreja, joined Sulaiman and began the works in this historic visit to the beautiful country of Pakistan .

                  Good to hear, great to see other cultures involved in the sport, I can promise you that if they find some decent talent from the North of the country they might have some tough mofo's entering the boxing ring including their neighbours in Afghanistan.
