He has the power, he has the skill, he has durability. The only thing that faults Perez is his mental toughness. If his mind is right he will win the fight.

Perez defeated another Russian, Magomed Abdusalamov in 2013. Sadly that beating led to Magomed sustaining sever brain damage
Of course you would be of such opinion wouldn't you.

Oh, he beat a Russian did he, so that means he could beat EVERY Russian right?

The logic you use is for the birds mate!

    ****** troll!

I hope the work with Robert Garcia will pay off for Perez.if Mike comes in shape and motivated, anything can happen. I hope he realizes that this will be his last chance.if he screws up,it will be a hard way climbing up the rankings again..

No but boxers from certain countries share a style of fighting. Perez is Cuban and his trainer Robert Garcia and former trainer Adam Booth both said he has that movement and style that comes from the Cuban school.

Fighters from Mexico usually are warrior like, boxer-punchers style

American fighters are trained in a more finesse approach, They are not ass aggressive as Mexicans, It's a more defensive style.

It's hardly his last chance. Perez is 6 years younger than Povetkin. He won't fall off the radar if he looses. It would be a set back yes, But he won't give up on his goal to be champion

But if Perez is at his best, it's a 50-50 fight. Otherwise, Povetkin wins.
perez is too lazy to get by povetkin. I think he'll be very comp[etitve for the first half of the fight but povetkin will take control and stop perez late or win a ud

He went downhill when he was working with Teddy Atlas, but looked to be back to his best in his past two fights.
