I'll take 140 Hatton over 147 Hatton (who lost to Collazo) any day.

It didn't matter either way but it's illogical to think that a fighter who was known for blowing up between fights would be any better at 140, it really really is.

It's good for him as he faces opponents his height more often, but against Floyd who would probably rehydrate at 147 at light - welterweight it would make zero difference, in fact it would be more beneficial as it would mean making the weight easier.

          Shawn Porter is unlikeable.

I think May-Pac is a true 50-50 fight. This fight will be a lot of fun.

Not too many people are saying its a foregone conclusion mayweather would win. Truth is pacquiao should be favored, but hes lost before and mayweather hasn't. Think about this, between their 5 common opponents, pacquiao has dominated 4/5 of them a lot more impressively. Common opponents are a pretty good indicator of who will do better in a fight generally. Think about this, do you think Manny would have lost to any fighter Floyd gas faced the last 10 years? Lol obviously not. I cant think of one opponent mayweather has beaten that would give Manny any trouble whatsoever. I think Manny Vs. Mayweather will look a lot like Manny vs. Chris algieri, with maybe 2 knockdowns instead of six. I've seen fans on here say Manny has a punchers chance!?!? Manny hasn't lost a legitimate decision ti anyone in the last 10 years since his lost to Morales. If anything Floyd is the one with a punchers chance, but I dint think he has the power to do it. Plus his hands are too brittle. If Manny doesn't respect his power which I suspect he won't, Floyd is going to get the beat down of a lifetime. Also Floyd got rocked by a well past his prime and weak mosely. Got floored by zab Judah. Manny has the skills and the power to potentially knock him out. Even if the Ko doesn't happen, I don't see any scenario besides a robbery or a serious injury that Floyd could possibly win a decision over pacquiao.[/Q

A fight between the dela Hoya who fought Mayweather and the dela Hoya who fought Pac, who do you think would win? How about Mosley, Marquez, Hatton? Who do you think fought the better version of these boxers? I know you are an idiot but I hope you have enough intelligence to give an unbiased opinion.
Pacquiao fought and beat Marquez at his best weight unlike Floyd who pulled him up 2 divisions and came in overweight. De la Hoya was already a shot fighter when mayweather almost lost to him in a split decision many feel Oscar won. Just two fights and less than a year later, pacquiao made him quit on his stool after completely dominating him. Mayweather fought Hatton in a tough fight before finally dispatching him in the tenth round. They fought at 147 where Hatton never did anything. Manny knocked down Hatton twice before knocking him out cold in the second round at his best weight where he was pretty dominant at 140. As with Oscar, mosely was already a completely shot fighter before mayweather decided to take him on in a snoozefest where the only real excitement came when mosely was within microseconds of knocking mayweather out and had him clinging on to mosely for dear life. Manny fought him not too long after and floored him in the second round i believe and spent the rest of the fight chasin mosely around in a one sided beating. And last but most certainly not least Miguel cotto. Manny fought him at his best weight, where he had only lost one time to Antonio margarito who was suspected of using loaded gloves for that fight. He was coming off a good win against clottey and looked strong and well prepared. Manny beat the ever loving crap out of him and literally had him begging his corner not to make him go back out after the tenth round. His face was a disfigured mess and Manny floored him a couple times en route to a TKO. Floyd fought him at 154 where he hadnt really accomplished much of anything L, and had a hard time with the in and out style of cotto, which is also the same style in which Manny fights, albeit with much more power and speed and defense and footwork and left handed and basically every other aspect which makes Manny so much better than cotto. Everyone is right, triangle theories dont work but what I'm getting at is you can tell who is a better fighter by common opponents. I'd have to say Manny fought the better versions of almost all, if not all of them and beat them much worse. Guess who else had an in and out style that troubled duckweather? De la Hoya that's who. De la Hoya should have at least gotten the draw. Manny said it best himself, he could easily beat mayweather and I can't wait for the day Floyd grows a pair of balls and fights him for 100 million dollars. #fight pacquiao #sign the contract

Everything Castillo and Maidana can do, Pacquiao can do better - speed, angles, accuracy, feints, stamina, combinations and footwork.

I think Manny is a bad match for Floyd. Maybe even stops him.
