What's Byrd's best win other than Vitali - 40 year old ancient Holyfield? Beating Peter who had only lost to Wlad prior coming off a 4 year lay off is a better WIN in boxing terms. Read my post if you missed it on the previous page.
    LOL.

I find it utterly amazing how you Kittards dismiss Byrd's best win as if it didn't take place. Byrd TKO9 Quitali. FACTS, learn to live with them.

And BTW: The 40 year old Holyfield who Bryd beat was coming off of a win over Hasim Rahman. The same Hasim Rahman who Ole Quitali chose to DUCK...

Look, Vitali has a great resume. Aside from getting the better of ATG Lennox Lewis, he fought and beat the who's who of the Ring top ten the majority of his title reign that his brother didn't already beat. The simple fact is that he ruined many fighters spirits and made it look easy so in retrospect, it seems like he fought mid pack competition. But, that just wasn't the case. Anyone who says he has less than a stellar career is a hating idiot. Period.
No he does not,He was a damn good fighter and had a lot of title defenses but his resume is pretty weak....not entirely his fault but it is what it is

You lost all your credibility there. Tell me though, why post when no-one takes you seriously and sees you're a hating troll? Waste of time if you ask me...

It's so ironic that you accuse people of being fanboys if they defend a fighter you hate in any way when that's even worse and just sad to be honest. At the end of the day your opinion is as useless as the next man, so feel free to keep spewing your garbage, maybe you'll be out of the red one day

I disagree. tua was well past it at that point. I think his win over peter after such a long layoff and an advanced age and sanders were better wins

The Tua win was his best as far as I'm concerned but it's certainly not better than beating Lennox pillar to post

its not all about age. bowe was around the same age when he suddenly lost his skills. david reid was also very young. tua didnt beat anyone of note after that fight and looked extemely slow and sluggish. most of tua's problems stemmed from the fact he would blow up in weight between fights much like bowe did. thats a recipe for disaster when it comes to longevity

Tua actually did have some good wins after that with Micheal Moorer and Oquendo
