I'm so nervous. Lucas can't really afford to lose this fight.

Guys like Soto Karas and Rosado prove that you can lose numerous times and still find work if you're exciting and the fans like you.

I think Provod is a bad matchup for Lucas. He doesn't back off and Lucas doesn't know when to back up and regroup himself. Provod isn't as talentedbut the mechanics of this matchup lean in his favor.

i hope people realize both these guys are taking a huge risk fighting each other, for probably not their biggest payday (i'm sure lucas got more for the danny fight, ruslan probably got more vs bradley)

if you're a real boxing fan, you should root for both guys to have a long career after tonight

I like the stoppage purely based on how easy Ruslan is to hit and how much he swells/marks up but a decision wouldn't surprise me as I feel Lucas will box more. Tough one but I see Lucas getting his hand raised.
I can see Lucas outboxing him, outboxing and breaking him down, beating him in a shoot out. Ruslan has pop I just can't see him winning though.

Too many dimensions to lose to a limited puncher. He is strong, hits hard just basic as ****. No jab, has to set himself. He is an ESPN level fighter in truth.

Decision wouln't suprise me either. Main $ on lucas to win rds 7-12 at +500. Thats based on provo's face looking like a train wreck by about 8th rd.

Just remembered I put 2 quad down on Matthysse against -jose- so I guess I'm rooting for Matthysse.

A bit nervous for both guys as I think this fight will really enable the winner to continue the chase for a championship a lot sooner.
