There's definitely going to be some huge bombs landed in this fight but I think Matthysse's going to use his underrated boxing skills in this fight and win an exciting Unanimous Decision.

I like Lucas but no way hes putting down Ruslan. He better try to out boxed and keep him at bay most of the fight. Yes Lucas got better skills but that Ruslan heart and will is some serious shyyiiettttt to deal with. Lucas doesn't have the speed, footwork, movements like Algeri and Bradley.

Lucas is no longer the boogie man after what Danny and Molina did to him. Ruslan is the real boogie man even though he lost, his opponents win by surviving the fight.

Matthysse by painful and brutal mechanical destruction. Like throwing a pound of beef into a grinder.
Provo packs a punch and sure has a chance, but Matthysse is smarter, better overall boxing skills and has more KO power so he's a clear favorite.

Come on man, be serious. I like Algieri but he's no Rocky. If Algieri figures you out and can beat you with one eye for 12 rounds its doesnt mean that Algieri is the best boxer in the galaxy, it only means you're a one trick pony with VERY limited skills. Dont get me wrong, I love Provo, he's got guts, goes forward and pjunches hard, but as a boxer he just cant think much let alone adapt to the circumstances.

Gut feeling tells me to go with Lucas on this one. Ruslan perhaps edges it in heart and chin but the rest pretty much goes to Lucas so I feel he will edge out a win here. Potential FOTY though for sure.

Provo is durable and more explosive than Matthysse, he should try to knock Lucas out in early rounds, since fight with Molina proved that Lucas aint a machine (Lucas is one of my favorite fighters, but he was seriously hurt in this fight, thats a fact). If Lucas survives early 6 rounds i see him outboxing or TKO'ing Ruslan in later rounds.

People keep saying this but based on what does he have more heart and chin? Matthysse has been through the ringer. Provo has been matched up with soft punching boxers. If anything one guy has proven heart and chin and the other we will find out.
