On Saturday, Lara took to the social networks to call for a fight with Golovkin, who returns to HBO on April 26th at The Theater in Madison Square Garden in New York City. DeCubas spoke to Lara on Sunday, and during the conversation his fighter asked him to get Golovkin.

HBO would have to speak to Lara's adviser Al Haymon, but we are very happy fighting on Showtime.
HBO doesn't speak with Haymon. If Lara wanted to get knocked out by GGG, he'd call him out before these Monaco cards.

Ward should just send an offer.

Komitsky has 29% KO ratio. Geale has 47%. His next opponent, which IMO is his best to date, has 38% KO ratio. The most powerful guys he has fought, Rubio and Stevens, are C+ class fighters on their best night.

Proksa is 3-4 in his last 7 fights, including a TKO loss against a guy who is 19-0 with 4 KO's. Mackln was KO'ed before and after fighting GGG, including his latest KO loss to a journeyman. Stevens was outboxed/outclassed by a B fighter in Njikam. Rosado had 5 losses prior to losing to GGG and continues his losing streak after GGG, with 2 TKO losses and a boxing lesson to a JMW, making it 9 losses.

The result of this resume? Praised as if he's Jesus Christ and his fans are Christians.

Because he's a power punching knockout artist and he's not from the streets of the USA.

I like GGG, people criticize his level of opponents but GGG can only beat the fighters willing to step in the ring with him at this moment. GGG's only misstep thus far was allowing his trainer to claim he'd take on any challenger from 154 -168 then balking when Ward showed interest.

That being said, the timinig isnt right for the Ward fight anyway so I don't balme GGG for putting it to the side for now. The only thing I don't like about GGG are his fans.............

The question should be, how can't you like Golovkin?

I don't understand how you can like Arturo Gatti then. Don't get me wrong I like Gatti but the way you talk about GGG's resume IDK. Gatti's mostly famous for his wars with Ward. GGG needs to clean out his division but it's not his fault if they're scared of him. After that then he can move up take a tune up fight then fight Ward.
Meanwhile Ward needs to get active and keep winning. Then they can have it on PPV in 2016. Ward needs to get his head out his a$$ and try to make like three fights. He also needs to take his a$$ across to wherever to make it happen. I believe GGG can keep winning and Ward can fight the top 3 super middleweights and beat them IMO. After that this fight would be fire and 55/45 for Ward IMO.

He was very impressive against the opposition he's faced so far, but I still wanna see him against better opposition before I could rate him, a unification bout at 160 or a move up to 168 are the ways to get better opposition because the contenders at 160 are not on his level. A fight against Floyd Mayweather somewhere between 154 and 160 would be awesome too!
If he were to move up to 168 , I wouldn't advice him to face Ward right away, he should have a fight or 2 before that to get used to the weight because Ward clinches and holds and that wears you down if you're smaller than him.
