Francisco "Paco" Valcarcel, president of the World Boxing Organization (WBO), has serious doubts that a mega-fight between Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao will get finalized for May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Paco could see the fight happening in the fall, around September, but he doesn't anticipate a deal coming together in the near future.

"When I see the [contracts] signed, then I'll believe this fight will happen. I do not see it for May, perhaps for September, but only when they sign and have the press conference with both of them...then it is done. Until then I will say that the fight won't happen," Valcarcel said.

this fight will never happen, even if they fight is signed and have conferences and crap, one of them will pull out of the fight due to an "injury" and the fight will be postponed for a while then one will need a tune up match to get ring rust off and we will be back to square one all over again.

May 2nd shouldn't be a deal breaker. Floyd should let Arum have his way on that one as a sign of good faith. This fight could happen on a Tuesday and it will still have all the hype. Just as long as both sides don't walk away I can wait a little longer. It's been 5 years and counting what's a couple extra months?

All the talking that Arum has been doing, I wouldn't let him have a damn thing. Bob Arum is a cancer.

It has to be frustrating getting pissed on by the media constantly, only for them to turn around and constantly prove that Arum has done nothing but spread lies.

Granted, Floyd isn't innocent in all of this, but I wouldn't expect him to give in a damn thing for Arum. Specifically the May 2 thing. It's my understanding that Mexicans don't give a **** about Cinco De Mayo. That's just Arum trying to throw up these "road blocks" that everyone keeps accusing Mayweather of.

Floyd, manny, arum and all other involved, are an embarassment compared to past generations of greats that fought.

They should never be compared to guys like ali and frazier, leonard or hearns.. Even jones and hopkins fought twice...
