For the sake of boxing let Wlad win this fight. Jennings is a solid fighter but nothing special. He doesn't have the power to score a KO so in order for him to win it would be on points. If Jennings is able to outbox and beat Wlad by UD it will tarnish Wlad's legacy. How you going to let some basic fighter like Jennings beat you on POINTS.
Well you don't have to worry about that. NOBODY will ever beat Wlad on points, ever. Not even a robbery decision.
His boxing skills and style are unbeatable and he has shown that. There is no style that he can't handle. All they can hope for is a upset KO shot.
Yet another risk averse decision to fight the proverbial runt of the litter. This guy is being hyped up like most of the tomatoe cans Vlad tries to convince are live opponents. It does not take a genius to figure out the percentages....no power, no reach, not much experience....But he comes from Philly! It would serve Vlad right if this guy somehow finds his chin with a good bast or three...he ain't gonna win on points because Vlad will Povatkinise him if he tries. I can't imagine Jennings deviating from the script...Stay outside, get hit by the jab, stay outside, get hit by the jab...stay outside get hit by the jab and the right, good night. And make sure you don't move too much so Vlad can find ya kid!

Jennings actually does have a longer reach (longer arms and wingspan) than Klitschko.
I don't think he has the punching power to beat Klitschko, however. I hope I'm wrong.

oh please. like wlad hasnt faced anyone who can punch or show some defense with movement. hes faced everyone available and seems eager to unify against wilder. youre usually a better poster than this

Why is it that anytime the nature of Vlad's comp is discussed people get so upset? Jennings is barely blip there are a host of fighters who are a legitimate threat to Vlad Jennings is not one of them. Fury is the most obvious choice but even if he made a fight with Wilder it would have some risk for Vlad.
I want to ask you a rhetorical question....I don't need an answer. I want you to think about how much you heard of Jennings, the postman Vlad fought (I can't even remember his name....seriously) BEFORE he fought Vlad. I know the postman was a mandatory but if thats the case then all the more reason to fight guys with a pulse afterwards.
Suddenly Jennings is being media lionied as a philly fighter who is a brilliant technician yada yada.....First of all no legitimate Philly guy fights as a heavyweight without the ability to savage the body and punch lights out. When the media calls a fighter like this a boxer the translation often enough is "not a real threat to hurt the other guy with a KO."
Anyhow while I care little for the idiots who red K because of differences of opinion I do value your insight which is why I am responding to your post: I hate media manipulation. Vlad and his brother have a history of selling lightly regarded fighters as great threats....Vlad needs to either fight Wilder or Fury both of whom are a legitimate threat....thats what heavy weight champs do.
