Cotto and GGG are IN THE SAME DIVISION RIGHT NOW , they should fight as they are both the top guys in the division!!! this is the fight we want to see NOW.
Sorry, but you seem to be the ****** who does not understand what I am saying. Judging by how you type also, you prove that even further.

I want GGG to move up to 168 so that he wouldn't fight Cotto? Even before Cotto ever thought of fighting Martinez at 160, I was saying GGG should move up. Cotto weighed in at 155lbs for his fight vs Martinez, sorry but that's not being in the same division, that's winning a title in the same division as GGG, like Pacquiao winning a title at JMW, didn't make him a JMW and fans accepted that easily.

    2. I don't care about Miguel Cotto, i'm not a fan of his. I respect Cotto, and I do not respect all these cornballs in this thread calling him a coward.

      ... OK...

      Therefore:
      1) Kovalev and Beterbiev should move up at cruiserweight in order to make room to Ward at 175...
      2) Ward should move up at 175 in order to make room for Golovkin and Lee at 168...
      3) Golovkin and Lee should move up at 168 in order to make room to Cotto and Canelo at 160...

... This way, Cotto and Canelo would find endless peace in the middleweight division... Right?

but why do you want GGG to move up? Do you just want to see him lose? He has long stated that his goal is to unify 160 and be recognised as the undisputed number one middleweight in the world. You want to rob him of that is it? If cotto is not a middleweight as you claim then you should be pushing strongly for him to vacate and move back down rather than sitting on a 160 pound title. Why focus on GGG and him moving up ... why not focus your post on Cotto vacating and moving down?

yes, yes he does. he's jealous that golovking is so popular and boring ward is being forgotten. he wants ward to hold ggg all fight to prove he's better.

Pacquiao was forced to vacate the belt within three months of winning, so it's a moot point. Cotto can easily avoid the pressure of fighting his mandatory by simply vacating his belt, but he won't do that as it represents his only real bargaining tool for a certain matchup he's chasing.

As I previously said: Cotto doesn't seem to be into the vacating belts business, but instead he seems he's in the selling out belts business.

Some fighters are constantly required to move up and challenge themselves.

                Take risks.

Why is GGG exempt from such requirements???

                Cotto started at 140
                Broner at 130
                Mayweather at 130

GGG isn't some 22 y/o old prospect,by the time he grows a pair the game will have passed him by.

                  Cotto isn't a MW.

There are better fights for him at 154...just like there are better fights at 168 for GGG.

Do you think he loses at 168? Is that why you don't want him to move up, and instead, fight Super Welterweights moving up? Do you feel that it's easier for GGG to fight Cotto, Canelo, Mayweather rather than Ward, Froch, Dirrell?
