According to Cottos team, they were still "negotiating" which was going for a couple of months now until Canelos side gave up because Cotto wasn't signing off on anything. The only thing that was publicly said from Cottos side was "we're not there yet, we're not they're yet". Yeah I like that fight although I think Lee might take it. I think Quillin would be a good sell in MSG too. Anyone but Mayweather.
