There's 2 sides in negotiations...you can spin it and attribute Floyd's uncompromising ways of negotiating to why talks died down in 2009. He has a habit of changing his demands from negotiations. Manny agreed to 14 days cut off a few months after talks died down but that wasnt good enough because it was arum or then it was Manny has Marquez problems. I'm fairly certain Floyd is at it again now why negotiations have stalled. He's the A side but not the only side

He compromised far more in 2009 than Pacquiao did.

Can you elaborate on the points? It would make sense as Pac was the 1a side back then.

what is exactly is uncompromising about originally wanting testing all the way up until the fight, but offering a 14 day cut off because the person hes negotiating with thinks drawing blood will weaken him?

Well whether it makes sense or not is irrelevant (although I agree). You said:

            I'm saying that's entirely false.

With regard to testing, he wanted it totally unannounced. Pacquiao wanted 30 days. Mayweather dropped to 14 and Manny to 24. Clearly, Mayweather was more willing to compromise.

Further, when Manny wanted a weight penalty, Mayweather agreed. He didn't say "let the commission do their job" or what have you. He just agreed.

Like saying Manny didn't want to fight zahir raheem so we know he doesn't want to fight floyd.

Some of you manny fans are truly pathetic.
What is truly pathetic you defend this clown when its clear as day he does not want nothing to do with Manny. You list the years but its still the same cowardly excuses. Its Arum. Yet he is the one who went over haymon and Fraud to get this fight going. He is still trying. What is fraud doing?!! Stalling. Hes the A side make it happen.

Ok and Pac agreed to 14 days....although after talks broke down a few months later. And then Floyd would add other impediments to avoid the fight again like he doesn't need Pac, Pac has Marquez problems, and that he wouldn't do business with Pac as long as Arum is involved.

You said 2009 negotiations. And clearly, Floyd compromised more.

Further, after Pacquiao walked away and Mosley agreed to testing, Mayweather said that going forward everyone had to take the testing, no compromise on dates. So months later...Manny comes back asking for 14 days. You can't make this stuff up.

Pacquiao agreed to 14 days in public. That's not an agreement. He didn't agree to this during negotiations when it mattered. Anything stated in public is nothing more than grandstanding.
