Say what you will, cry about it and get as offended as you like but this is the cold, ugly truth.
This is as true as that ass in your avatar. Fighters like Santa Cruz though good are not great, and they start to believe their own hype after a while because they've never been truly tested. Meanwhile truly great fighters like Rigo who not only walks the walk but can masterfully sling some words as well, stands ready like some unmovable pillar to chop down these hype jobs for what they are (food for the fire of greatness).... Let the Mexicana cashout... Meanwhile, fighters like Rigo don't need to sell-out.

Given that both fighters are available and fresh off wins they should be negotiating right now to make the fight happen.

I think LSC is not going to fight Rigo, I think LSC will avoid him and look for a fight with Quiggs or Mares instead.

They (Caribe Promotion ) mention in the same interview, they are in preliminary discussions with GBP and according to Sebreros....LSC after his last fight with Ruiz "estrellita"? went to Oscar and demanded the fight with Rigondeaux. Let see what Haymon have to say about that.

Rigo may be known by millions, but Leo has been embraced by hundreds of millions. There's a big difference.

You're obviously on an unreasonable troll rant in this thread. Hope you weren't serious about the general public in Cuba thinking he's a traitor. Maybe some but not most.

This guy talks as if he's going to kill his opponent. Come fight night he runs for his life.

All cubans do this. See Canelo VS Lara and Marquez VS Casamayor.

Actually Casa stood in the pocket and gave Marquez a good fight. But you probably weren't born then.

I understan chicken little fans trying to find excuses to justify the cowardly behavior of chicken little, what I do not understand why they hate on rigo, who is just a boxer saying that he is the best at the division and would like to prove it by fighting the best other fighters at that division.

Some 'hardcores' around here are very big fans of the business of the sport, not necessarily the competitive nature of it.

These "fans", writers and other pundits have accepted this. If you are not popular, you are not making it big. This is "OK", is what they'll make you believe.
