It is an interesting fight - Maidana has improved a lot since 2011.

Khan is a different fighter as well now, more risk averse.

I think it is pretty meaningless though, Khan beating Maidana gets him no closer to Floyd.

The only real angle Khan can play is bring a belt to the table - to do that he has to fight Brook.

He could call Floyd's bluff and issue a 'deadline'.
