Vargas is talking ****. PACs advisor said that Jessie isn't even being considered and that plan b is someone like khan,Garcia, or provodnikov. **** this guy,trying to use Pacquiao name to gain some publicity. How about you actually do something in boxing first,and then MAYBE you get to call out someone at algieris level...MAYBE.
